TrojAI, a leading provider of enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) security solutions, has announced a successful seed funding round, securing $5.75 million in additional capital. Alongside this funding, the company has appointed Lee Weiner as its new CEO.

Funding Details

Investors: The funding round was led by existing investor Flying Fish, with participation from current investors including Build Ventures and Techstars. Additionally, new investors Alteryx Ventures and Flybridge Capital Partners joined the round.

Purpose: The additional capital will enable TrojAI to build on its success, expand its operations, and continue to empower enterprises in securing AI models and applications.

Global Expansion: To meet growing global demand, TrojAI will establish a new office in Boston, Massachusetts.

About Lee Weiner

Lee Weiner, the newly appointed CEO, brings over 25 years of B2B software experience to TrojAI. Before joining TrojAI, Weiner was a senior executive at Rapid7 for 11 years, leading products, engineering, innovation and scaling the company’s revenue from $40 million to over $750 million. Earlier, he held senior roles with Symantec, Netegrity, and LogMeIn. Weiner’s expertise and extensive background in the cybersecurity sector will be instrumental in driving continued growth and enterprise adoption of TrojAI.
